Good news for the Rossoneri world as AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli and the Curva Sud Milano are both nominated for the Ambrogini d’Oro 2022 award, explained earlier.
The mayor of the Milan city, Giuseppe Sala, has spoken about Stefano Pioli's candidacy and said the following today at a press conference:
"Last year, AC Milan did an extraordinary thing. Pioli is proving to be a great coach, there is little to say. I think I sent my compliments to Pioli an hour after winning the Scudetto and he replied with a delightful message that I still keep for his kindness, which made him even more sympathetic."
