Against Monza, in the 4-1 victory of the Rossoneri, AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli enjoyed seeing Brahim Diaz score a brace and also Divock Origi providing one assist and finally scoring. Rafael Leao also contriubted with his 5th goal in Serie A.
In defence, however, as noted by Il Corriere dello Sport, Pioli chose to play with a 3-man defence when he was forced to replace Sergino Dest with Pierre Kalulu.
The move obviously worked for the Rossoneri who remained strong in the attack which allowed a couple more goals, including Origi's first with the AC Milan shirt.
