AC Milan continue to pursue the first place position in the standings, which is currently occupied by Napoli who are proving to be really a tough nut to crack this year.
The Rossoneri, however, do not give up, aware of their strength and of the fact that they are still the defending champions, therefore, there is an obligation not to give up and to always believe in their chances, just like last season's fighting spirit.
Italian journalist, Paolo Condo, spoke about the Rossoneri team and their strength to La Repubblica newspaper. Here are his words:
"In order to reach the World Cup break with an acceptable gap, Juve-Inter will almost be a play-off. The absence of Milan from the super-round program (the 13th matchday) tells of a great team who have already played many direct clashes, and from here at the stop she aims to earn points against everyone. Yesterday, Milan got to the second place, and up until Osimhen's prowess (vs Roma), thet felt very close to the first place. But in front of them, they have a tough nut to crack, and the Nigerian's impossible diagonal goal proves it."
In the Serie A matchday 13, Napoli will visit Atalanta. Roma will host Lazio while Derb D'Italia will take place with Juventus taking on Inter at the Allianz stadium in Turin. AC Milan, on the other hand, will host Spezia at the San Siro.
