Il Corriere dello Sport wrote in this morning's print edition that AC Milan directors Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara will reactivate the axis with Chelsea and will make an attempt for two players playing for the Blues.
The first name is the right-winger and playmaker Hakim Ziyech who is currently focused on the World Cup with the Morocco national team. The 29-year-old was linked with a move to the San Siro last summer as well, but a move did not materialise as the Rossoneri exhausted most of their budget on Charles De Ketelaere. Ziyech's deal runs until June 2025.
The second name on AC Milan's radar is Chelsea's young striker Armando Broja. A young Albanian forward who is 21 years old. He spent last season on loan playing for Southampton. His contract with the London-based club expires in June 2028.
AC Milan still do not have very significant resources in order to spend money in the winter transfer market window. The idea is attempting to make loan deals, therefore postponing any investments for the summer.
