AC Milan's loanee, who is currently at Spezia, Daniel Maldini, has spoken to DAZN. Here are some of his statements:
"My role? I've always played in attack, it's not true that I started in defense. At the age of 7 I was already at Milan, I had no choice, I think (laughs). It was nice to say goodbye to my team mates for my departure, however I knew that I would see them again a short time later."
On going to Spezia:
"I needed to go away and try an experience away from home. The group is young, I get along very well. Who yells 'Come on the Animals' in the tunnel before entering the field? I think it's Nikolaou. I get along very well with Sala and Verde."
On his former AC Milan teammates:
"I was often with Leao and Giroud, but there were so many of us. We often went out together. Yes, we still talk from time to time."
Daniel Maldini on Zlatan Ibrahimovic:
"He played more Fortnite than football games. I often played with Saelemaekers and Tonali. We had a good relationship on the pitch. He pushes you but he does it right. At first, it was incredible to see him at Milanello and train with him. If he gets angry? Yes, it doesn't change a thing whether you're young or not."
On Lionel Messi:
"Playing with Messi? Maybe, it would be a dream. I told my father more than once. Unfortunately, however, he knows that there isn’t much to do."
On the goal scored against AC Milan:
"Two days before the match, I understood that I would play. Playing makes me happy, regardless of the opponent. As for my goal, I kind of felt it. I didn't cheer, they applauded me afterwards. Messages received? Yes, that's normal. But the relatives were happy, it couldn't have gone better than this for them."

Daniel Maldini on theshirts exchanged:
“I have that of Joao Felix from Atletico Madrid. In Serie A I have exchanged several, I have Dybala's. I often go for the attackers."
