According to Foot Mercato, 19 year-old centre-back Mohamed Simakan of Strasbourg is now no longer the target for French club Nice. They have shifted their attention to Mamadou Sakho whose contract is expiring with Crystal Palace.
AC Milan are in the race to secure the transfer move of Simakan, and this means that there is now less competition for Milan to land the player.
