In a night of relentless struggle and fierce determination, AC Milan overcame a gritty Torino squad led by the inimitable Ivan Juric. After four consecutive losses, the Rossoneri were finally able to secure a hard-fought victory, thanks in no small part to the brilliant and much-celebrated goal by Olivier Giroud.
The red and black faithful won with difficulty and they missed the presence of Fikayo Tomori and Ismael Bennacer due to injury, without forgetting the now-usual absence of Mike Maignan.
The good news for Stefano Pioli and the Milan fans, though, is that Fikayo Tomori and Ismael Bennacer underwent personalised training and tomorrow they will carry out a training session with the rest of their teammates under the watchful eyes of Pioli. They should be available for the match against Tottenham on February 14 in the Champions League Round of 16.
