AC Milan's Instagram profile has posted a video featuring some statements by Paolo Maldini, the club's technical area director, about the derby. Here are his words:
"The derby and other matches like those against Juventus and Napoli give you great emotions. At first, it wasn't easy to handle these matches, but then you learn to manage the stress. I was looking forward to the Euroderby in 2003."
Maldini added:
"It was six intense days between the two matches, and there was a great sense of electricity in the air, even in the city. Certain feelings of fear and excitement are only felt in the Champions League final."
