The new AC Milan, without Sandro Tonali, is looking for midfielders who guarantee pace, intensity, and immediate performance.
According to information revealed by the Spanish outlet Relevo, there is a name on AC Milan's list that is well known in Valencia: Yunus Musah. The American is not a non-EU player because he also holds an Italian passport, and he is one of the names favoured by the new Milan management, led by Giorgio Furlani and Geoffrey Moncada.
Yunus Musah is 20 years old, young but at the same time with significant international experience, including a World Cup appearance (24 matches for the United States national team) and 108 official matches for an important club like Valencia.
Currently, there have been direct contacts between parties, but no advanced negotiations between the clubs. Valencia is asking for a sum close to 30 million euros, and the player is available for a transfer, mainly for economic reasons, as the club needs to raise funds in order to enter the market and acquire new profiles. So far, we have noted the existing competition from some Premier League clubs like West Ham, but nothing advanced. Milan will try to gain the necessary advantage to outpace everyone else. New contacts are expected shortly, including direct communication with Valencia, in order to start official negotiations promptly.
