AC Milan continues to work on finalising the transfer of Tijjani Reijnders for whom they are only waiting for his arrival in Milan for medical visits and contract signing.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the shift now goes to the attack. The Rossoneri management is pursuing three different players: Arnaut Danjuma, Samuel Chukwueze and Mehdi Taremi.

As per the Italian newspaper, Milan is working on a dual approach with Villarreal where Danjuma and Chukwueze play. For the former, there is a possibility of a paid loan move, but more negotiations will be needed. As for the Nigerian right-winger, the request is over 25 million euros to be paid to the Spanish club. Then, regarding Mehdi Taremi, the Iranian striker, talks are ongoing with the Portuguese club.

AC Milan seems to have narrowed down the options for strengthening the attack to these three players. Of course, they will not sign them all together due to budget concerns and the remaining non-EU slot in the club's current transfer window. The first slot has been filled by English midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who arrived from Chelsea.

Arnaut Danjuma was born in Nigeria but migrated to the Netherlands at the age of 4, acquiring Dutch citizenship and playing for the Dutch national team. The arrival of either Chukwueze or Taremi would occupy the last available slot. The Rossoneri are pursuing both options simultaneously because they are strongly interested in both players. The strategy dictates that the first negotiation successfully concluded will be the chosen one, as relayed by Radio Rossonera.
