AC Milan are still working on the transfer market, even after landing Samuel Chukwueze from Villarreal. Now, according to the latest rumours going around, the club is dreaming of signing Arthur Cabral from Fiorentina.
After a period of focusing on players abroad, it seems that AC Milan could be shopping in Italy now and they seem to have identified Arthur Cabral, the Brazilian striker of Fiorentina, as their ideal man to lead the attack and also as a suitable replacement for Divock Origi and Ante Rebic who should be on their way out.
In fact, according to reports from 'Il Corriere dello Sport', they have been in contact with Cabral's representatives for over a month.
It appears that Milan are genuinely interested in bringing the Brazilian to the San Siro as soon as possible. Fiorentina is asking for 20 million euros for the transfer, but they might have to lower their demands if they want to reach an agreement. The parties are expected to meet in the coming days to finalise the deal that would bring a new fast, skillful, and experienced striker to San Siro, as relayed by PianetaMilan.
Arthur Cabral is 25 years old. The centre-forward stands at 186 centimetres tall and has a valid contract with La Viola until 2026. Last season, he scored 17 goals and provided 2 assists across all competitions after 48 matches.
