AC Milan's English midfieldeer, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, has spoken to the microphones of Sky Sport Italia on the occasion of the Off White - Milan event, organised at San Siro during fashion week. Here are his statements:
How are you, and what happened during the match against Newcastle?
"I'm good, thank you. I think we played a really good game against Newcastle, dominating the whole match. We played good football, and what we lacked was a goal. Sometimes we couldn't be offensive enough, and at other times they defended really well. But we were disappointed because we should have won, and the points in the Champions League are really important, but anyway, the game gave us a lot of confidence because we played really well. We have to keep looking forward, and next time we will score."

How are you feeling physically? Will you be available for the next game?
"It's the first time we've played a midweek game, and it's normal to feel a bit tired sometimes, the matches are very intense. But I repeat, at the beginning of the season, it's normal, it was just fatigue. I feel good, and I'm recovering to be ready for the next game."
What do you think about the atmosphere after the derby? Loftus-Cheek said:
"It wasn't the result we wanted, and in football, it can happen, you can't win every game. That day many things didn't go the right way, but we immediately looked ahead to face another important game, the one against Newcastle. The spirit is always the same, we played in the Champions League, and the fans were fantastic. It's incredible to have such support despite such a bad result in the league, they kept supporting us, and that allows us to move forward."
Finally, what do you think of this event?
"It's incredible, I look around and I'm still amazed by the size of the stadium, by its history. I look at all of this, and I think I can play here every week, and only God knows for how long, so I'm really happy about all of this. This really seems like a nice event, I can't wait to talk to some people, so yes, I'm excited."
