AC Milan was very active in the previous summer transfer window. The Rossoneri management signed 10 players for the first team of Stefano Pioli. After a few months, however, some difficulties are already being noticed. There is a need to fill the gaps as soon as possible.

According to what is reported by the Italy-based newspaper, Calciomercato.com, it seems that the trio at Casa Milan: Geoffrey Moncada, Giorgio Furlani and Antonio D'Ottavio are already working to try to secure some players in view of the January transfer market window.
The first name on the agenda of the AC Milan club managers seems to be Juan Miranda, the former left-back of FC Barcelona who is currently playing for Real Betis. His contract expires in the summer of 2024 so Milan could try to sign him for a bargain fee, perhaps around 3 or 4 million euros in the winter.
Miranda may not be the only player on the shortlist for the winter, however. As per the same source, Jonathan David is appreciated by the club and perhaps we could see the Rossoneri making an attempt to sign the Canadian striker of Lille who is 23 years of age.
Mehdi Taremi returns to AC Milan's radar as an alternative...
If Jonathan David does not arrive, considering Lille's position, which may not want to let him go so early and easily, AC Milan could turn to another profile. For this reason, another attempt for Mehdi Taremi, who was heavily pursued in the summer and then remained at Porto, should not be ruled out.
