Zlatan Ibrahimovic, as of yesterday, has officially become an Operational Partner of RedBird and a Senior Advisor to AC Milan's ownership and senior management. But beyond the titles, what will truly be Ibra's new playing field? That's what La Gazzetta dello Sport has tried to answer.

The official statement doesn't specify precise roles, nor are there predetermined boundaries. Zlatan will offer his collaboration across all areas of the club, primarily focusing on the sporting side.

Ibrahimovic could serve as an exceptional interlocutor for coach Stefano Pioli, engaging in technical and tactical discussions. The Swede won't have daily or weekly commitments at Milanello; he'll be present, in agreement with the coach, if and when the situation calls for it.

That's why Pioli sees him as an added value and won't feel overshadowed by Zlatan's presence. Simultaneously, Ibrahimovic will once again be a potential reference point for Milan's locker room. Rafael Leão was the first to welcome him on social media.

Ibrahimovic will "contribute to strengthening the winning culture" of the Rossoneri, reinstating his competitive pressure and slipping back into the role of motivator. Even as a player, he always aimed to instill discipline, commitment in training, and physical care among his teammates.

Zlatan's scope also includes "player development and high-performance training." According to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport,' this translates into helping the team grow on an individual level. He'll talk to them, support them closely as he did when he was a player.

Even though he's not officially registered, he can enter the Rossoneri's locker room at 'San Siro' and perhaps speak in front of cameras. However, confining his new role solely to sports would be limiting. Zlatan will also have a voice in the club's higher management.

He'll be a consultant to Gerry Cardinale and the top executives, namely President Paolo Scaroni and CEO Giorgio Furlani. He'll provide his opinions, suggest names for a potential new coach, and express his thoughts on transfers. His extensive on-field experience and profound knowledge are invaluable.

This role is tailored to Ibrahimovic's personality and versatility. It's evolving and will adapt to circumstances. For AC Milan, Ibrahimovic will also be involved in commercial activities and participate in projects, including the new stadium initiative.
