AC Milan are looking for reinforcements. The team of Stefano Pioli is plagued with injuries and the directors need to find a way in order to add quality to the squad soon.
In this sense, there are several profiles being followed, either for the January transfer market window or even for the summer. Investment opportunities are being studied. One player in particular who is well liked is reportedly Torino's Samuele Ricci.
In fact, according to news reported by the Italian website Calciomercato.com, the AC Milan management have initiated first contacts to try to sign the Italian defensive midfielder who is 22 years of age.
Ricci is an interesting right-footed midfielder. His contract runs until the summer of 2026. So far this season, he has played a total of 1025 minutes (spread across thirteen Serie A matches and one Coppa Italia match). The former Empoli talent has registered two assists to his name in the league.
