Former Inter defender and legend, Marco Materazzi, spoke to Sportitalia about the rumours which link Thiago Motta and Antonio Conte to AC Milan. Here are his words:
"Thiago Motta or Conte at Milan? They are two very different profiles, they use different methodologies and playing systems. Conte has already proven to be great, he has won everywhere he has gone."
Materazzi continued:
"Thiago (Motta) is doing an incredible job at Bologna, but he already saved Spezia before. I always say he's ready for a big club, but he was ready even when he started coaching the youth teams at PSG. I hope for him to arrive at a huge club. I hope not at Milan because I'm an Inter fan, but he would deserve it."
