Stefano Pioli's Milan, after the victory achieved away from home against Frosinone, is preparing for the challenge against Napoli, scheduled for Sunday, February 11th at San Siro.

Ahead of the match against coach Walter Mazzarri's team, there are updates from the Rossoneri's training session, particularly regarding the conditions of Malick Thiaw, Fikayo Tomori, and Pierre Kalulu who are aiming to return to the field.

With Tijjani Reijnders suspended, Pioli is considering who could be his replacement. The hypothesis of seeing Bennacer from the start is gaining ground, in competition with Yacine Adli. There shouldn't be any further updates regarding the rest of the lineup that Pioli is likely to confirm for the match.

In addition to the possibility of seeing Ismael Bennacer return to the field from the start, as he came on as a substitute against Frosinone in the last round, there is also good news from the infirmary. Indeed, Thiaw's conditions are improving more and more, and he should be available a few days early, but not before Milan-Rennes next Thursday (February 15th). It's a different story, however, for Tomori and Kalulu, who, although they are recovering from their injuries, should not return before the end of February.

The potential returns in defense are naturally excellent news for Pioli as he gears up for a busy February with commitments in both the league and the Europa League. Immediately after the match against Napoli, Milan will have to overcome the obstacle of Rennes, with the match scheduled for Thursday, February 15th at 9:00 PM (Italy's time) at San Siro. Before the return leg, scheduled for the following week in France, there will be a match against Monza on Sunday, February 18th at 8:45 PM (Italy's time). To conclude the challenging month of February, Milan will host Atalanta on February 25th at 8:45 PM (Italy's time). This was relayed via Gianluca Di Marzio.
