AC Milan continue to scour the market for a profile who can add quality to the squad in view of next season. That is why a new name has reportedly been added to the shortlist of Geoffrey Moncada and his colleagues at Casa Milan.

According to what was told by Gianluigi Longari of SportItalia in an editorial piece, AC Milan are interested in 20-year-old centre-back of Moncaco: Soungoutou Magassa. He is a talent with much potential as he caught the club's attention this season.
"The planning activity of the sports area continues. The search for a striker who will consume a good part of the summer budget is underway, perhaps more than previously anticipated. And then, delving into Europe in search of profiles that can be enhanced to their fullest potential once they arrive in Milan. In this regard, the ever-effective scouting activity of the Rossoneri in Ligue 1 is noteworthy: one name that has shown appreciable margins of improvement is that of Soungoutou Magassa, a central defender with abilities also as a midfielder currently playing for Monaco. Born in 2003, he possesses good technique and overflowing physical strength. The costs are to be evaluated, but it is a profile at least being monitored by Milan."
Magassa, Frenchman with roots from Mali, has a valid contract until Jun 30, 2027. He graduated from Monaco's youth academy. He is right-footed and stands at 188 centimetres tall. He is capable of playing as a defensive midfielder. This season, he has already made 19 appearances with 1335 minutes played overall.
