It seems that Alexis Saelemaekers' future may change. In the last few weeks, he seemed destined to leave as some clubs have shown interest in him. But now, it seems that he will not be leaving Milanello.
This was confirmed by head coach Paulo Fonseca himself who was impressed, not only by the assist for Nasti's 3-2 on Saturday night but more generally by how Alexis is working in this preseason.
Fonseca answered Vito Angele's question in the latest press conference regarding the Belgian player and said these words:
"He is a player I love a lot. I like the quality. I think he is a kind of player every coach loves to have, because he can play in different positions. He is more confident, I think he is a player I would love to keep in the team."
