Former AC MIlan goalkeeper Giovanni Galli gave a brief interview to La Gazzetta dello Sport, in which he has mostly spoken about the growth of Gianluigi Donnarumma.
"If 5 or 6 years ago Neuer was the strongest goalkeeper in the world, I believe that now Gigio is next to him, if not above. He is extraordinary, especially in relation to his age: for this very reason, at 21, you look for a pretext in every training session to improve yourself more and more." affirmed Galli.
"He (Donnarumma) almost looks like an outfield player. He is always in the game, ready when needed. He is the equivalent of Ibra in front: he gives the feeling that scoring past him is impossible." continued Giovanni.
"I would tell him: Where are you going? Abroad? To Juve? You can carry Milan on your shoulders for another 15 years, you can be the man who changes history." concluded the former goalkeeper.
