Diego Laxalt left AC Milan in the previous mercato session and started a new season with Celtic FC in Scotland. The Uruguayan 27 year-old wing-back joined on loan in the summer but there was no option or obligation to buy included in the deal made between both clubs.
The Rossoneri management valued the former Genoa player at around €9M in October, but in the next few months they could revise their claims and make a lower claim, reports Sky Sports UK.
Laxalt has become a regular part of coach Neil Lennon's team and this has inevitably led to thinking of making a permanent deal.
