Moises Caicedo is an Ecuadorian 19 year-old midfielder who plays for Independiente del Valle, and it seems that AC Milan is interested in his profile as an addition to Stefano Pioli's squad.
According to the daily newspaper Tuttosport, the midfielder looks set to join Manchester United as they already have an agreement with both the club and player. To close the deal, however, the work residence permit is still needed, which has not arrived just yet.
The source claims that Milan observes the situation very closely and if problems arise they could return launch an attempt to sign the player instead of Manchester United.
