AC Milan is looking to reinforce the quality and the availability of the defensive department for Stefano Pioli's squad by bringing a new defender in this current transfer market session. A name that has been heavily linked is Mohamed Simakan from French Ligue 1 side RC Strasbourg.
The goal has always been Simakan, the 20 year-old versatile French defender. Milan has bid an offer of €15 million plus €3 million in bonuses. There is also Leipzig, writes Tuttosport, who did offer the same amount to sign the player and they expressed the desire to let Simakan stay until the end of the season in France with his club.
