As the seasonal objective, the UWCL spot, seems to be within reach, AC Milan's management has started to work on the squad for the coming season.
According to Lucia Pirola, of Radio Rossonera, the negotiations for the renewal of the South African defensive midfielder Refiloe Jane's contract are at an advanced stage. As a non-EU player, it probably takes a little more time, and bureaucratic effort, to extend her agreement.
Jane is one of the main Rossonere athletes and undisputed starter since her arrival at Milan in 2019. She's usually deployed as a Defensive Midfielder (regista) in the 3-5-2 formation played by Maurizio Ganz team.
