AC Milan announced officially a partnership with Epic Games to being football to Fortnite. Fortnite players will be able to show their AC Milan pride with new emotes, outfits, and tournaments.
The partnership will also be celebrated on January 23rd during AC Milan's home game against Atalanta B.C with 1,000 cardboard cutouts of the two Rossoneri avatars created by Fortnite and other popular characters from the popular video game placed on the stands of the San Siro stadium.
The AC Milan Fan Board will be powered by Fortnite for the game. Pictures of Rossoneri fans will be displayed alongside Fortnite characters on the third row of the side line LEDs at the stadium.
Casper Stylsvig, Chief Revenue Officer at AC Milan commented on this partnership and said the following:
"We are thrilled to team up with Epic Games and give those who share a passion for AC Milan and Fortnite the opportunity to wear our legendary Red and Black shirt in the game. For the Club, it is fantastic to have global exposure in one of the most popular video games ever made as we complete another step in our digitalization and modernization process."
