Thanks to Giacinti, who scored a brace, and Korenciova, who in the 80th minute performed a miracle, the rossonere were able to claim their first victory at the Santa Lucia Stadium against Florentia and clinged another important 3 points this season.

The player ratings:

Korenciova (7): Made no mistakes at all and in two occasions had to leave the area and intervene as a sweeper. She performed a miracle save against Cantore in the 80 minutes that ensured this win.

Fusetti (6): Had a strong first half, with many interventions and anticipations. At the second half, struggled a little more, but got the job done.

Agard (6,5): The French defender is firm as a rock and by far one of the best in the league, always well positioned and aware of her surroundings, although she lacks speed.

Spinelli (6): Not a great game by the left-footed defender, but, likewise Fusetti, did the basic and kept the neroverdi at bay.

Bergamaschi (6): There has been something off about Bergamaschi since moving to the 352 formation, as she stuggles to find the pass accuracy she once showed. Rizza (6): Replaced Valentina in the 64 minute and kept the defensive good work.

Grimshaw (5,5): One cannot say that the Scotswoman player does not give her heart in every game she plays, but unfortunately, as a central midfielder, she lacks on defensive awareness and it takes a toll on the team. Mauri (6): took her place on the field at the 64th minute and provided the assist for Giacinti's second goal after taking advantage of a defensive error by the goalkeeper.

Jane (6,5): She seems to be everywhere on the field, cutting adversary passing lanes and giving the much-needed security for the defense.

Veró (7): The Spanish star is becoming more important to the team each game she plays as our most technical and talented midfielder. Every attacking action starts with her fine touch.

Tucceri-Cimini (6,5): Our #27 is unique both defensively and offensively, offering great balance and quality transition on both phases of the game.

Dowie (6): Our number 10 fights, collects, does the physical job to receive long passes, hold it and wait to the rest of the team to come forward, but she must be more precise in front of the goal because she missed two great opportunities this game.

Giacinti (7,5): She delivers everything a modern striker must, make runs for almost 90 minutes every game and this time she was rewarded with a brace, leading the team to an unprecedent and fantastic 8 consecutive victories in the league.
