Journalist Stefano De Grandis spoke to Sky Sport 24 about coach Stefano Pioli's management of the changes during the Rossoneri's matches. This is what he had to say:
"Milan must resist a not very tough period and had to resist the absence of Hakan Calhanoglu, who recovered from Coronavirus. The Rossoneri must also the resist the fact that Inter do not give up and are starting to win with a certain ease. There were a few flaws in the game against Bologna, they were clear. Mario Mandzukic has arrived now and managing him and Zlatan at the same time can be complicated."
"At a certain point Milan had the game (against Bologna) in hand and Pioli thought he could let Mandzukic in. In my opinion, at that moment he must have had the courage to take out Ibrahimovic off the field and let Leao continue to play. With the two 'bad boys' no longer very young on the pitch Milan stretched a little less and in the end conceded goals and suffered until the final whistle."
