Athletic and tactical work for the Rossoneri at Milanello:
In the sunshine at Milanello, the Rossoneri completed their penultimate session this morning ahead of their next league fixture, which will see them take on Spezia away from home at 20:45 CET on Saturday 13 February. Ivan Gazidis, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were all in attendance at Milanello to watch today's proceedings unfold.
THE REPORT:
After activating their muscles in the gym, the team headed to the central pitch, where they continued their warm-up with a series of rondos followed by athletic exercises involving low obstacles. Following this, it was time to focus on tactics, with a practice match on a reduced section of the pitch then bringing the session to a close.
FRIDAY 12 FEBRUARY:
On Friday 12 February, Coach Stefano Pioli will speak to the press at 12:00 CET, after which the team will train at 14:00 CET. Following tomorrow's session, it'll be time to depart for La Spezia.
