There are Problems for Francesco Totti. The FIGC, in fact, has opened a file relating to CT10, a scouting agency founded by the former captain of AS Roma. The Italian association of agents presented a complaint according to which Totti would exercise the activity of agent without having the right documentation to show for it.
Some time ago, Totti, in a live broadcast on Instagram, had talked about Sandro Tonali, AC Milan's current midfielder who was playing for Brescia at the time: “I like Tonali, I'll immediately try to have him." This sentence obviously did not please Beppe Bozzo, Milan player's agent.
Francesco Totti has however released some statements in earlier to the microphones of tuttomercatoweb.com. Here is what he said:
“I reiterate, as already specified on 18 August 2020, that I do not practice the activity of a sports agent , but only carry out scouting activities in compliance with all the provisions of the law, as well as the FIGC regulations. I distrust anyone from persisting in exploitation containing approximations and inaccuracies regarding my business, reserving every initiative for myself."
