The Chairman Paolo Dal Pino, having noted the non-presence in connection with 9 companies, declared the Shareholders' Meeting deserted.
Upon leaving the FIGC headquarters, where he had gone for a meeting with President Gravina, he commented the following:

I take this opportunity to welcome the new owner of La Spezia, mr. Platek, to whom I have already personally told how happy I am that he has chosen this destination, among the major European championships. I am sure that the divisions that have created this situation will soon be overcome. We have four years ahead to relaunch Serie A together and bring it back to a leadership position in Europe, as our football deserves."
