Matias Vina was signed in early 2020 from Nacional-URU, the talented 23 year-old Uruguayan left-back has been having a great season at Palmeiras; as he recently won the CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores trophy. He was one of the few reinforcements brought by Anderson Barros after the radical change of strategy in the transfer market of the club.
The defender was heavily linked in the previous mercato with AC Milan as many claimed he'd be the deputy of The Hernandez on the left flank.
It is not excluded that the Rossoneri managers are still thinking of the young player as a possible reinforcement in the future market.
