A few minutes ago, Super Liga Srbije side Red Star have released its official lineup for the game against Milan in the first leg of the Europa League's round of 32, as club head coach Dejan Stankovic decided to rely on the following XI: Borjan - Pavkov, Milunović, Degenek - Gobeljić, Kanga, Petrović, Rodić - Ben, Falcinelli, Ivanić.
According to the Serbian newspaper Blic, Stanković's selection of players was very offensive, as it was assumed that Sanogo would be in the center of midfield, but his place was eventually taken by the far more offensive Kanga, who will be joined by the versatile Ben on the right wing, Ivanić on the left, and Falćineli in the middle, forming the backbone of the Red Star's attack.
In the meantime, Gobeljić will take place on the right wing-back position, while Rodić will be on the left, as they are set to be involved in the defensive phase of the game, forming a defensive five with other teammates from the back line.
