As reported by Il Corriere dello Sport, not even the numbers can make us understand who is the favourite between The Rossoneri and their bitter rivals the Nerazzurri.

Inter reach the derby while they are at the top of the league table with AC Rossoneri trailing behind by just 1 point (50 against 49).

Reading the data and values of Transfermarkt there is no history between the two teams. Inter also leads in this “special ranking” with the squad's 607.3 million euros against Milan's 496.3 million euros.

Also as regards to the salaries, the Nerazzurri command with €76 million (after taxes) against only €48 million of the Rossoneri. Analysing the wages of the two technical staff we can see how Antonio Conte and his assistants earn 14 million net, while Pioli and his staff are just at €3.5 million.

Il Diavoli, however, are a much younger squad than the cousins with an average age of 20.04 unlike the city bitter rivals with 28.2.

The Rossoneri are ahead in terms of trophies per player (83 against 80) with the attacking duo Ibrahimovic (31) and Mandzukic (24) making the difference. The two have won 66% of the team's trophies, while among the Nerazzurri the “most titled” are Sanchez (14) and Arturo Vidal (20).

The gap between the coaches is big too. Conte boasts 8 titles to his name between Juventus and Chelsea, while Stefano Pioli is looking for his first win at club level.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic absolutely stands out. 10 are the goals scored by the Swede in the 14 derby played. Romelu Lukaku has 4 in 4 games. The other scorers on the pitch today are Brozovic , Martinez , De Vrij, Vecino and Perisic on the Inter side. In addition to Re Ibra, the Milan players who scored are Romagnoli and Rebic.

The Social media derby smiles at Pioli's men , with the 49 million Rossoneri Followers against the 44 Nerazzurri. The gap is clear on Instagram (9.5 million versus the 6.3 million of Inter) and Twitter (7.7 million against 2.2 million ). In the world, Milan are ahead in America thanks to Tik Tok, while China is inevitably for Inter.
