The start of the Sanremo Festival is getting closer and there is concern from fans because the team's star Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be participating.
In recent weeks, there has been a lot of discussion about the Swede's program given that during that week (from 2nd to 6th of March), AC Milan will play two Serie A games against Udinese and Verona.
According to the latest news of La Gazzetta dello Sport, this is Ibra's schedule: training on Monday at Milanello, then the presence in Sanremo on Tuesday in the evening.
However, on Wednesday, he will be back to Milan for the game against Udinese.
There will be training at Milanello on Thursday and another commute to Liguria where he should remain there until Saturday when the final evening of the Festival is scheduled.
Immediately after, on the night between Saturday and Sunday, the Swede will leave to join his teammates team in Verona for the match on Sunday March 7 at 3PM .
Amadeus, host and artistic director of the musical event, spoke to RTL 102.5 to talk about the Festival. Regarding the presence of Ibrahimovic, he had the following statement to say:
"I did not call Zlatan the day after the derby. After Inter's win, I waited one day. He's really nice and a professional, he told me he was excited. He will be there on Tuesday, then on Wednesday he will have a match. Then, he will be going back to Sanremo from Thursday until Saturday."
