AC Milan's captain Alessio Romagnoli has not been up to the Rossoneri's expectations lately as he did not perform well enough for the team in recent matches.
There is a lot of talk about his spot being under threat especially with Fikayo Tomori being ready to take his chance to prove his worth.
There are many fans currently who would not approve of Romagnoli's contract extension, given his performances.
But, the newspaper Tuttosport explains that super agent Mino Raiola asked for a yearly wage of 4.5 million euros for his client, which is considered a very high fee for Milan management.
For the record, the number 13 defender currently earns a salary that is somewhere around 3.5 million euros.
However, it should be noted that the priority of the Rossoneri club managers are the contract extensions of Gianluigi Donnarumma and Hakan Calhanoglu.
