AC Milan bought Casa Milan.
Six years after the inauguration of the new headquarters, the Rossoneri club has officially acquired the property where not only the club's headquarters are located but also the official store, the ticket office, the restaurant, the Mondo Milan Museum and the new project “The Studios”.
The operation is in perfect line with the strategy of the company led by Ivan Gazidis and the Elliott fund based on improving the financial efficiency of the Rossoneri club.
The cost of the purchase is Casa Milan is 42 million euros.
As part of the operation that led Milan to take over the property, the Elliott fund club was assisted by Studio Fivelex , Managing Partner Alfredo Craca, while Unicredit was assisted by Studio Gmap .
Among those who took part in the deal also Aldo Savi , Financial & Administrative Director and owner of the operation in coordination with Roberto Masi , Milan Chief Business Officer, and the Cortucci Notary Firm, as per Calcio e Finanza.
