Alessio Romagnoli has been under Milan fans' radar lately due to his performances as he did not really achieve the expectations that the Rossoneri supporters expect from him as an international centre-back with decent experience but above all, as the captain of the squad.
His drop in form was noticed by many journalists and pundits especially after the derby game as he failed once again to contain or reduce the threat of Romelu Lukaku.
Now, Alessio Tacchinardi, famous former defensive midfielder of Juventus commented about the number 13 of Il Diavolo. This is what he said to TMW Radio during Maracanà episode:
"With Ball at his feet, he is good, like the new generation, He's good. Of course if we think Maldini and Nesta, 15 years ago he would not have played. He has defensive gaps, he must know how to mark and he doesn't seem to me that he does that. Like Bonucci, he needs a partner who can complete him."
