Matteo Marani spoke during the Il Calcio è Servito broadcast on Sky sport about Milan and the situation the Rossoneri are going through.
“Stefano Pioli has done a very impressive job with Milan, not every team can improve by 20 points in one year. The Rossoneri target is the Champions League which is the home of Milan, and they must achieve that goal either through a top-four position in the league or by winning the Europa League. The task is not easy because this is a strange and anomalous season. I think that if the Rossoneri finish the season well they can go to the Champions League".
"If Ibrahimovic remains with Milan next season, another forward who can contribute to the goal-scoring department is important. Ibrahimovic is the son of the emergency, he worked overtime, but now we need to understand how to manage that situation there, taking into account that Ibrahimovic will be 41 next year" Marani said.
