In a press release, AC Milan have communicated to its fans through the club’s official website, announcing the appointment of a new marketing & CRM director.
“AC Milan is delighted to announce that Peter Morgan is going to take up the new position of Marketing & CRM Director in the Commercial Department reporting directly to the Club’s Chief Revenue Officer Casper Stylsvig from March 15, 2021.
A passionate football fan, Peter joins AC Milan with 17 years’ experience delivering measurable marketing campaigns for leading global brands including Microsoft, Amazon, and Universal Music Group.
Born in the UK, he earned a degree in Economics from Loughborough University before co-founding the record label Lost My Dog, gaining hands-on experience activating a global audience of music fans through emerging digital channels. Peter was previously Vice President, Demand at global marketing agency Metia.
Peter joined Metia in 2006 and built a track record of audience engagement through omnichannel marketing. He utilises marketing technology and data analytics to optimise fan activation and revenue generation.
Casper Stylsvig, Chief Revenue Officer said: “I am delighted to welcome Peter to the club in this newly created role that reflects the ambition we have as a Club and the strategic importance we see in this area moving forwards. Peter’s award-winning marketing expertise will help AC Milan to develop the next level of personalised experience for fans and our partners.”
