Former AC Milan midfielder Lucas Paqueta has spoken about his experience with the Rossoneri in an exclusive interview given to Canal+.
"I'm happier in Lyon. The experience I had at Milan made me a better player anyway, but here I made friends that I didn't have in Milan. This makes the difference, because this is the way being Brazilian. This is Paquetà. And I'm happy to be in France and to do a good job, I hope to continue like this for many years." said the Brazilian.
"When I was struggling at Milan I put myself under too much pressure. Sometimes I looked at what those who talked about me said outside the locker room and ended up taking everything to heart. I felt that I had to score more and be more decisive and at the end all this clamor conditioned me a bit. However it was a learning experience and now I feel more free. What is said about me does not affect me, I know how to behave." added the 23-year-old.
