Olympique de Marseille head coach Jorge Sampaoli has spoken in the press conference earlier today about the future of his star player Florian Thauvin, whose contract with the Ligue 1 side by the end of the season, and is reportedly followed by a host of European clubs, including AC Milan. Here are his words:
"For me he is one of the most important players of this team. When I see him play, I tell myself that we would very much like to continue with him in the future, but as I said for Milik there are many extra-sporting parameters that go beyond the simple will of the coach".
