Former Milan forward Andriy Shevchenko spoke to Radio 24 about numerous topics, including Milan's Champions League qualification race. When asked about their season, he had this to say:
"The goal this year is to reach the Champions League. We are in the final stretch of the season, there are important matches. In life you have to be positive and always believe in it,".
The former Rossoneri believes that Milan are still in a solid position to capture a top 4 finish in the league. His club has lost some of that positive attitude he eluded to since being crowned winter champions half way through the campaign. Milan did find winning ways again this weekend, and are currently sitting at fourth in the league, tied with Atalanta and Juventus in points. Milan has a decisive match this weekend in Turin against Juventus.
