On his initial arrival to Milan:
"When I arrived, Milan were a great team. I was very shy. I met with a group of boys, not speaking Italian well, that consisted of Costacurta, Ambrosini, and Albertini, before meeting all the others in Sardinia,".
On being a point of reference:
"When I decided to leave Ukraine, I felt a great responsibility. It was not an easy transition. I could make mistakes and make mistakes, but I didn't make them, I was not afraid in my life. Today I became a coach of the national team for which I became an idol,".
On the meaning of his goal:
"It is a gift that only God can give you. The quality is unique and special."
