Peppe Di Stefano has spoken through the microphones of Sky Sport ahead of the game opposing AC Milan to Cagliari in Serie A. Here are his words:
"The return to the Champions League is very important for Milan. 8 years are a long time and we know what the Rossoneri's historic feeling with Europe is. The last match was the one with Atletico Madrid. The preface of this possible return was written in Turin but the most important chapter must be written tonight with Cagliari to avoid reaching the throat with Atalanta. Milan will play with the usual 4-2-3-1 while some more doubts for Semplici with the ballot between 3-4-1-2 and 3-5-2. It is not a question of who has more motivation than the other even if Milan have shown that they are in great shape in the last few matches. Ibrahimovic will not be on the pitch tonight but will be alongside the team in the stands."
