England international Ryan Bertrand is set to leave his club Southampton in the next few months, as the two parties have not reached an agreement over a contract extension.
The 31-year-old, whose contract with the Premier League side is due to expire by the end of the season, is followed by numerous European giants, namely, AC Milan, Arsenal, Manchester City, just to name a few.
According to the latest informations provided by the Daily Mail, the Gunners have stepped up their interest in the former player of cross-city rivals Chelsea. Talks over a free transfer move to the Emirates for Bertrand have intensified in the last few days.
