On the joy of the goal achieved:
"There is a lot of satisfaction. A year and a half of work with so many things in between. Reaching this milestone was an incredible thing. We have done great things and these matches have shown our strength. We will all remember this day."
On the joy of the fans and the importance of the match:
"Tonight there was everything to win or everything to lose. At the age of 32, after 15 years of professional football, it is for these matches that we play football. I thank all the fans. Attendance at Milanello today is something that I enjoy. I will remember all my life. They were special."
On his contribution to Milan:
"I leave the evaluations of my impact to others. I came here to help the team, on and off the pitch. The path we have made is incredible and after 7 years, returning to this competition is great for us and for the fans."
