Chelsea's loanee Fikayo Tomori had a successful loan spell at AC Milan. He managed to take over the starting role of captain Alessio Romagnoli and displayed his talent and skill that helped the team quite a few times.
The club are satisfied with him and want to sign him permanently. Journalist and transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano gave updates regarding this front. Here are his words:
"AC Milan's priority is to sign Fikayo Tomori on a permanent deal. Work is in progress to complete the agreement after the UEFA Champions League final. Talks are ongoing with Chelsea. But the board is not accepting to lower the 28 million euros buy-option fee. Tomori would be happy to stay at Milan."
