FC Metz's promising midfielder Pape Sarr, whose contract with the Ligue 1 side still runs until June 2025, is reportedly followed by AC Milan, among others, ahead of the next summer transfer window.
According to what was learned by RMC Sport journalist Joris Crolbois, Aston Villa are the most 'enterprising club' to sign the 18-year-old amid interest from other European clubs. However, the Senegal international could be transferred for aroud 25-30 million euros, while strong competition could push the price up a little further.
"It's only the beginning, we don't know what price [Aston Villa] is ready to pay, nor if the player is interested, but 30M is the basic price, it could be less, or more, because there will be lot of clubs." commented Crolbois on his Twitter account.
