As reported by Spanish news outlet ElDesmarque, La Liga club Celta Vigo could be on the trail of Milan target and PSG man Rafinha Alcantara. Milan are looking for a profile to fulfill Hakan's role as there is now an opening.
Management at Casa Milan has liked the idea of 28-year-old Rafinha for the role, as he has great experience for high level clubs. No official discussions have been reported, but Milan have had their eyes on the Brazilian.
The midfielder appears to be on his way out of Paris as he does not fit in to the squad's rotation. His former club Celta Vigo could look to make a move for the player. Rafinha has spent two terms at the club, and many suggest the club would like to bring him back in.
Celta Vigo has done this before with players, and it appears Rafinha is on good terms with some former teammates. There have already been reported contacts with the player and club.
Rafinha signed a three year deal back in October, but PSG would not oppose shipping their player out. The player earns a sizable wage, so both Milan and Celta Vigo could have difficulties meeting the player's demands. Milan will monitor the situation, but they now could have a competitor for the player's signature.
