As reported by Real Madrid fan site bernabeudigital.com, Luka Jovic's future with Real Madrid is yet to be written, and the club could look to sell the player. Madrid are looking to raise some profits this summer with the sale of players, and Jovic is one of the first names on the list for the club.
However, if the promising frontman wants to leave the Merengue in the current summer transfer window, his options would be very limited, as Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt, that could have taken him back to the team after selling André Silva to RB Leipzig, have already found his replacement, namely, Rafael Santos Borré, from River Plate.
Madrid loaned the Serbian out to Eintracht Frankfurt for the second half of last season. Jovic showed promise in the Bundesliga with 4 goals, but the club does not seem fully convinced in the player's future. The Real Madrid squad is set to report for preseason training on Monday, so new manager Carlo Ancelotti will have a chance to evaluate the 23-year-old striker.
Jovic's goal is to earn a place with Los Blancos, but he could be sold this summer if the right offer comes. Milan have been keeping tabs on the player as management is in search of a forward to compliment Ibra. It appears there will be more clarity around the player's future after the club resumes training.
Milan will have competition for Jovic from the player's most recent club, Eintracht Frankfurt. The German club appreciated the 23-year-old's ability and could be interested in signing the player on a permanent deal.
